Key Responsibilities of In-house sales Executive

  1. Sales/Business Development Support
  2. Preparing and collecting IT companies database and contacts list
  3. Cold calling to prospective customers and candidates
  4. Convert candidates and prospects

 

HR and Finance Executive

Key Responsibilities of Finance and Pre-sales executives

  1. Prepare proposals
  2. Support statutory requirements related activities
  3. Prepare invoices
  4. Track payments
  5. Partner relationship management
  6. New partnerships engagement
  7. Assist in internal HR activities

Required skills

  • Graduation in any stream and MBA
  • Good written and oral communication skill
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint

 

Process Consultant

Key Responsibilities of Process Consultant

  1. Help projects set-up project processes (planning and tracking mechanism, metrics)
  2. Conduct process compliance audits
  3. Drive process improvement activities (Six Sigma or any other method)
  4. Monitor metrics programs implementation
  5. Conduct trainings in the areas of Software Quality
  6. Participate in critical engineering/management reviews of the project
  7. Participate in Project Initiation and Knowledge Sharing sessions
  8. Promote Knowledge Sharing across the units

Required skills

  • Ability to influence without direct authority
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to follow-up on issues
  • MBA + Prior Software Experience is desirable but not mandatory
  • Graduate with Software Quality Assurance background preferred

 

.Net Developer

Key Responsibilities

  1. SW Development
  2. Coding
  3. Unit Testing
  4. Integration with other modules

Required skills

  • Graduation in any stream
  • Knowledge of .Net and SQL Server
